By purchasing or holding this ticket, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Admission and Identification
Admission is subject to venue capacity and security procedures. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose conduct is deemed disorderly, disruptive, or offensive. Valid government-issued ID may be required for entry.
2. Age Restriction
This is a [19+] event unless otherwise specified. Attendees under the minimum age will not be admitted, and refunds will not be issued.
3. Tickets and Entry
Each ticket admits one person only. Tickets may not be resold above face value, copied, or used for promotional purposes without written consent from the event organizer. Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be replaced.
4. Program Changes
The lineup of performers and the event schedule are subject to change without notice. No refunds will be issued due to artist cancellations, substitutions, or changes in performance order.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
All sales are final. Refunds will only be issued if the event is cancelled in its entirety and not rescheduled. Service fees and third-party charges are non-refundable.
6. Assumption of Risk
Attendance is at your own risk. The event organizers, venue, and performers are not liable for injury, loss, or damage to persons or property, whether occurring before, during, or after the event.
7. Force Majeure
The event organizers are not responsible for failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, acts of God, strikes, or government restrictions.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
