Located just outside of Kingston in Bath, Ontario, MacKinnon Brothers Brewing Co. is a family-owned and operated craft brewery with deep agricultural roots.
The brewery is set on a bicentennial farm that has been in the MacKinnon family since 1784.
Today, brothers Ivan and Daniel MacKinnon have transformed the historic property into a fully functioning brewery by repurposing century-old barns and growing their own hops and malting barley in surrounding fields.
This unique farm-to-glass operation is a destination. Visitors are invited to enjoy a beer in the rustic Taproom, housed in the bottom level of the old barn, or attend one of the many events and live music shows, including the annual Back to the Farm Festival, a highlight of the local summer calendar.
